Araki's unaltered art

Araki's original art feels underappreciated in the west. For some reason the western jojo fandom seems to prefer the shueisha color edits over Araki's original work, which is fine, but it leads then to misconceptions where people think araki colored the pages even tho araki has no involvement in those color edits. Stuff like criticism over "Araki's color choices here" or the anime not following the "manga color palette".

Araki has 0 involvment with the
"offical colors"
In fact, he has stated multiple times that there is no canon color palette in jojo, not even the anime's palette is canon.

Of course that's not to say Araki never did colored pages, he has done quite many and theyre just so colorful and fun they make the shueisha colors boring in comparison. In fact my biggest problem with the shueisha color edits is that they color over the original colored pages done by Araki.

Hamon Beat, a JOJO youtuber, actually made a video on this topic which was awesome to see

At the end of it all the point of this page is an attempt to make Araki's original art more well known and appreciated by the fans here in the west, I have plenty of friends who go through so much trouble trying to find a moment from the manga but being bombarded by shueishas colors on google when they were looking for the original instead.
